1. Cancellations

Before Shipment:

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may still contact us for any issues, and cancellation in such cases will be at our sole discretion.

2. Refunds

  • If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your UPI method of payment (such as GPay, BHIM, PhonePe, or any other UPI ID/number) within 15 days.

3. Replacements and Returns

  • Pre-Order Confirmation:

    • We only accept replacement and return requests if you have contacted us on WhatsApp and confirmed the product compatibility before placing the order.
    • If you haven’t confirmed the order with us, we cannot approve returns or exchanges.

  • Exchange for Damaged Products:

    • We will replace the product if it was damaged upon arrival.
    • Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +918850594761 to report the damage and arrange for a replacement.
    • Please record the box opening to confirm the damage and share the video with us for verification.

  • Return and Refund for Incompatibility:

    • If the product is not compatible and you have confirmed the compatibility with us on WhatsApp before ordering, but the product is still not compatible, we can refund the amount.
    • However, 50% of the shipping cost will be charged to the customer, and we will cover the remaining 50%.
